FunTV is the same company as HKE360 and according to them, they do server maintenance during midday HK/China time so it buffers.
Hi So my parents just bought the FunTv box and im trying to set it up. But for some reason all of the major apps that they want to access has a login screen. And i don't know the password for it.
Is this supposed to happen or did i need to register or something ?

It's been a long time since I've been on here. All I have to say is that I.5 years later, my FunTV is still working. I was even able to download some play store apps, but not all apps are available because of the android version.

Which FunTV box Gen. that you have? 1st Gen need to press 333333 before you try to install app. 2nd Gen no need to do that and 3rd Gen do the same thing like 1st Gen. need to press 333333. I have 1st and 2nd Gen. without any problem when I try to reset to factory setting. I did it so many time. I don't know why your FunTV box comes up with black screen. You try to turn it off (unplug the power cord from the back of your FunTV box to reboot it again. Is it your 1st time to reset to factory setting?

I have already contacted the ebay seller where I bought the fun tv box. I have now got the chinese apps back up. However, whenever I try to enter the Download's "Into Market" it gives me the blank screen - I need to access this as I need to download the Vietnamese app called "VNTV". Is there another way to download this Vietnamese Channel App "VNTV"? Maybe the .apk for "VNTV"?

Did you reset your FunTV box to factory setting? Which FunTV box that you have? I have 2nd gen and I reset it so many times without any problem.
