    The federal court found the company in contempt yesterday and is fining them $5,000 per day:
    Based on these findings of fact and conclusions of law, the court holds
    Defendant Create New Technology (HK) Limited in contempt. It orders that CNT
    pay a fine to the court of $5,000 per day until such time as it complies with the terms
    of the June 11, 2015 PI Order. The per diem fine will commence 14 days after entry
    of this order finding Defendant Create New Technology (HK) Limited in contempt.
    The court further awards attorneys’ fees in the amount of $34,680.60.

    The TVPad4 was restricted after updated the latest firmware manually.

    I wonder what servers does the tvpad's query with DNS.

    The OP shows the TVPad2 as M121S which is wrong as the TVPad2 is the M233. The firmware version of 3.94 is correct for a tvpad2. M121S is basically a 2nd gen TVpad1. In any case, my green man had always been green even when it's not working like it has not been for the past week or so.

    So I'm guessing m121s and m233 is basically the same box except m233 have a higher CPU speed.

    My TVPad4 stopped working so I tested the network & it passed the first 3 tests but failed the 4th (server). I did a reset but lost all my installed apps. The TVPad store screen shows up blank. How can I get access to reinstall apps again? Thanks.

    I am a US user and have tried all the DNS codes in this forum. Only two set of DNS codes worked for my TVPad3 for 2 days. The next day when I turned the TVpad on, the codes did not work. Any suggestions or new DSN codes that I could try?

    when you say working fine, do you mean both live and VOD apps for TVB and CHINA stuff?

    ??(Live TVB), ????(VOD), BeTV3(China Live) are working on my old TVPad3

    TVPad4 is not working.

    Tvpad 3 with DNS 49.213.10.163 working with NIJI TV as well

    I am having TVPAD2, and living in New York. What DNS should I input? I had outage for almost a week and problem came after a Factory reset.

    TVP 3 work with 49.213.10.163 DNS. just tested ...but don't know how long it will still up. Use it while it work !X((:P)

    I contacted Tvpad through their official website, and this is what they said :

    "????????,??????????????????????????,????????????????,??????????."



    In English it translates as

    "We apologize for the inconvenience, due to the third-party application developers the US server is temporarily abnormal result, which currently has a third-party repair server-related, please be patient fixes."


    Hopefully they'll get it fixed soon and Let's all hope it has nothing to do with the lawsuit

    US east coast users, 23.234.51.175 is working on my TVpad 3. Use it while it is up. :)-D

    I have tvp3 and none of the dns working. I can't watch any HK drama live or playback. When I click the apps no response.

    Any thought?
