I have a tvpad2 and tvpad3 but i try to upgrade somehow it said error cannot connect to server. How to I upgrade the system? my firmware is 4.18 at the moment
You shouldn't need to upgrade the system if you are using TVP2/3. You just need to change the DNS settings.

You have to use a USB Flash Drive for the .apk app. Loadings the files into a SD card doesn't work
TVPad4 here, location USA. DNS update is effective. I didn't update my fw to 5.06 due to posts from others. BETV Plus and several other apps no longer show up in the app store.

I manually updated my fw and installed apps other from the App Store. No matter what DNS I use now, It will give me the Use of TVPad is restricted, for more information, please contact the seller.
You just change the DNS address. The rest are for the network information for the tvpad.

Where in US and what DNS r u using? None of HK apps play on mine, the only app works is Korean Hot which shocks me the most......I was thinking that this was intended by tvpad as a revenge to the lawsuit, LOL.

Try live chat, but the girl in live chat doesn't seems to know anything. She just keep saying US server down.

I am in canada after i update to 5.06 and us auto connect my ip address and dns then update all app in app store ....all my app are working fine.
