I think 2.052 will update to 54, just open and try different TVB pre-recorded shows or VODs and you should get pop-up asking if you want to update. May take a few times to get it to happen. Also, you should find free DNS service that does not geo block and promises to not track or keep search records. I live in south east US and ISP DNS blocks both pad4 and bluetv from working.
Also confirm Padman's findings after Yuetv stopped working. Installed Cantonese apk and same stuff is on new app.
Are you based in US? I thought the other app can't be used there.
Yes, southeast. I don't use VPN but do use a free DNS service that does not geo block or keep records of your searches. There are several. Everything works ok with DNS service but not when I use ISP's default DNS numbers.

In-deed, much appreciated for the latest news to get TVPad4 working. I'm running 5.06 instead of 5.066 FW with manual DNS. Anyone know the advantage/disadvantage revert to newer 5.066 Firmware? Seem to be more difficult to go back downgrading firmware...

So I would very much appreciate it if anyone can advise me of a solution as my blueTV VOD still isn't working and been down since 5th June
A list of what I've tried to noavail:- *changed DNS 158.... *Unplugged, restarted *reboot router *Reinstalled app *tried a different channel on my router
New updates: Installed YueTV-0.44, 粤港网路电视v2.054,36TV1.15 and BETV 4.0. —— Didn't work. Changed DNS to 158, 粤港电视 and BETV works, the other two still not working.
BTW, does anyone know how to install Kodi on TVPad4? I've tried a couple of different versions but the installation failed.

My Yue tv live stopped working since Friday 16th, nothing work on Yue now.

I used my mobile network and everything works.
