i suggest that you install any other apps that can confirm / make sure your box have internet access. It sounds like your box get ip but does not have internet.

ip, subnet mask and gateway same as auto, only change the dns to 158.132.187.187

Now I can go on the system, when I open restore no file to choose. Is nothing there. Not the same with video.how come? Thank you again!
When you go in restore you will see the big windows you just tap on top bar will let you chose where is the backup file located then you chose external sd ,you will see the file over there.
