Ordered 2, both working fine. Parents needed one for home and one for office, all apps my parents use works. BETV and BETV_HD works.
It's pretty simple to setup, but it is not instant. Once the ip was register with the DNS host, I had to wait up to 30 mins before it accepted DNS queries from my IP. So if it doesnt work for you then make sure you have the correct "real world IP" registered with the DNS host, wait up a little while, input the given DNS address in your tvpad, you might want to reboot the unit also, and try the apps.
1) Will be adding a 2nd DNS server for use. The 2nd server will be free of charge for people already paying!
2) Will be adding an API to the authorization portion of it. So you won't have to log into the billing portal. You can authorize and IP directly via a URL.

Hi, Padman:
I connect TVpad2 to my router and set both authorized IP and DNS in Network Settings but it still failed to set cable network.
What should I do next?

Please advise below from Client Area:
Your DNS Server IP is: xx.xx.xx.xx (I use this for DNS input)
Your service is approved to use with xx.xx.xx.xx (I thought this is approved IP address already)
Did I do anything wrong?
OK... What does it say hwen ou goto ipchicken.Com?
Fill that IP into the authorized IP in the billing portal
