Hi Coolwing99:
Would you mind telling me step by step procedures to make TVpad2 working?
I am in Pa and having a hard time to make it work and I could not find where I did terribly wrong.
Thanks a lot.
There is an IP Address (not DNS) in my TVpad2. I put the one from auto settings and it is different from the authorized one from Billing Portal. Do you need to make any change? Thanks for your help first.....
Change only the DNS server when you are changing to manual

Hi Padman.
This is Owen. My TVPad 3 is working fine through VPN (Thanks again). I have a question. If someone purchase a multi slot (5 slots / 5 external IP) service for $CAN 20 per month. Does it mean he will have five IP address that he can share the other 4 IP with his friends? If yes, it could be easier for me that I can help my old neighbors setting up their TVPad

Did you login to the DirectHosting, then go to Services -> My Services -> View Details, then authorize your IP?
Then input the DNS into your TV Pad, unplug the power cord, wait a minute, then power up again.
I did the above and it work, mine is TV Pad 3 and I am in NYC

Change ONLY the DNS of your TV Pad to either 198 or 43
