Hi padman,
I have a single slot subscription right now, but want to add another slot, look through the website and cannot find a way to do it. Don't want to subscribe to the multi slot one because I can't use them all. Is there a way to add another DNS service subscription to a current account?
Thanks!

I just subscribed the paid DNS service.
I have authorized my external IP with the DNS service.
I have added the US-West DNS IP to my TVpad 4.
I have power cycle my TVpad and confirm that the US-West DNS IP is there in the Network setting.
Am I suppose to be able to reach the TVpad Store?
Previously when I was troubleshooting the TVpad issue few weeks ago, my TVpad was reset to factory default settings.
Most of the original apps from TVpad Store is gone.
Therefore, I need to reach the TVpad Store to download the apps back.
I was expecting by using the paid DNS service, this would work. Should it?
1) TVPad4 can load YueTV(TVB) and 36TV (Taiwan) apps. No need to change DNS or VPN.
2) Don't know.
3) Older TVPad(1-3) has alot of apps cannot be use anymore. They no longer update it.
4) My Parents are happy with moonbox too.

I signed up the paid DNS service (1 slot) from my place to repair my mom TVPad 3, it worked like a charm, all the Yue programs were back. When I took the TVPad back to her place, authorize her IP, change the DNS on her TVPad, it doesn't work anymore. Any idea what went wrong?

Hello Padman, I don't where to find this one specific app, I used to have it before the Thanks Givings blocking of the TVPads, but I did find an image of the app. Can you please send me a link to download that app, I've tried many places, asking several people.
It's the one that's blue with a roll of film, and I think the film has a picture of "Avatar" the movie"
I circled it in orange in the picture below
Hi. My tvpad was loading the tvb drama just fine up until 5 minutes ago. Now, it stays at 0kb buffers and doesn't load any shows anymore. Any solutions?

Hello Padman, the file you gave me is a .pkg type, and usually the apps are .apk type.
I tried to copy it onto a USB flash and when I connected it to the TVPad 4, nothing appeared, it just showed the symbol that a USB is connected, but nothing appeared asking to install or anything. Is there something else I'm suppose to do?

Any suggestions to my current situation?
