For those who have changed to DNS = 49... and all channels are off now, try to change your setting back to AUTO and you may be able to watch TVB for now. Change it back to Manual with DNS = 49... tomorrow and see if that DNS is working again. Mine is TVpad 2, I heard some using DNS 49... with TVpad 3 and 4 are still working, not sure why.
My Tvpad4 just back to working now , Download the App YueTv from your computer, unzip the file to your USB drive's root folder, plug into your Tvpad , install the app , set the wifi setting to auto, connect to your network, then unplug the power line power off the Tvpad, wait about 20-30 seconds tune power on, the box should work. I copy the Email from the Tvpad company below, hopefully you guys can read Chinese.

Subject: TVPad Was Working, Now All Of A Sudden Stopped Working
My tvpad, both the video on demand, and the hong kong live channel was working for about a week until today it stopped working. Even today, it worked for the beginning of the day and all of a sudden it stopped. Also, I did not change or touch any settings so it shows something has changed on their side. To get it working in the past week, I changed the dns to 49.213.10.163. Because it did not work today, I change the dns to auto like someone last posted, but still did not work. The download speed starts at 10kb/sec and keeps going down to 0kb/sec
I have tvpad3, model m358_4100. I have version Gvos4.18.
I updated to latest fw, updated all apps and it worked fine for about one hour...then lost everything. Couldn't even watch streaming anymore. Manually changing to dns doesn't work either =__= I have TVpad 4 - switching to auto keeps coming as as "failed" and manually changing doesn't connect me to the internet either.
I am in NY and VPN (PIA). Never have to change DNS. All apps works.

I have a TVPad 2. Now It is totally not working, no matter change DNS or use Auto. Is there any new DNS still working?
By the way, how is the "YueTV"? Does it work on TVPad 2? What channel does it have?
As of yesterday 11/25/15, None of the DNS's listed in the thread work for my TVPad2 or TVPAD4, I had to get a VPN to get the TVPAD4 up. I am waiting for server info from VPNUnlimited to set up a router to get my TVPAD2 up.
I was able to get it to work. I don't know why, but instead of using wire(RJ45), use WIFI instead. I did the following and got it to work.
1. Unplug network cable and use WIFI instead. (Wifi, no need to change anything else)
2. After wifi connected, connect to VPN, I use PrivateInternetAccess, best server seems to be Romania.

All apps works except, cannot access app store.
I'm using TVPAD4, FW5.054, U.S. East Coast.
TVPad1 M121S, Firmware 3.26 ; TVPad4 M418, Firmware 5.054
TVPad4 change DNS to auto, YueTV works w/o VPN ; did not check other apps
TVPad1: DNS auto or 49.x does not work - Green man remains grey (i.e. cannot connect to server)
Here is LA , California
CloudTV works too.

TvPad4 5.054 YueTV works w/o VPN, nothing else works. Auto DNS
TvPad M121S 3.26 doesn't work w/o VPN.
Has green man witn VPN & 49.x DNS. It works if you have a little patience...
The streaming speed is 1-2 kb/s.
