TVPAD 4 Logo Stuck

I have a TVPAD4 unable to load to menu.. so I used the tiny hole on the bottle of the box to get into the recovery page and chose the wipe user data option... after a long time.. it is still on the wiping data page.. so I unplug the power and start up tvpad again and.. this time is a TVpad logo page with a yellow bar flashing... Any solution to this? Prior to this infinite booting problem I have V5.054 firmware installed.

I couldn't get the reset page back up now.. I even took off the cover and press the button directly

Did you follow the instructions by unplug the power procedures?

Yes. I was able to get into the recovery menu... then did a reset .. after a long time I restart the pad and this new problem comes up..

You may try multiple times until it finished writing.

It happened to me on my first tried, I unplug it re-do it again then finally went through.

Here is what I did .. Hold the reset button.... then plug in power ... wait a while then I let go the reset button.. but still infinite loading -_-

You only let go when you see a selection menu pop out not just awhile and release.

I did went to the selection menu you mentioned and selected "WIPE data factory reset" .. after that every time tvpad boots to this new TVPAD logo page with the yellow bar... is a different page because the old one didnt have a loading bar.. but anyway the pad will just stuck on this page..

I try holding the reset button during boot for over 2+ mins...

If it's only showing the load bar is no good, does it show another window, select YES delete all user data? a "erasing....." on above the loading bar is supposed to be. Select reboot system now see if it can boot normally.

Yes.. is only showing load bar... no Erasing above the bar... and since I cant get into that page.. I can't reboot system

I think what happens is that during the recovery process the power was off and so the boot files didn't get installed so this cause the boot loop.

Connect power and repeat press the menu on the remote control.

Hi,
I'm having issues with my tvpad4. It boots up, sort of, once the tvpad4 logo disappears my screen starts flickering. Ive tried hitting the reset button on the bottom multiple times and power on/off but no luck. Is there any solution to my problem?
