Dns 49.213.10.163 is kind of working for me. Running Tvpad 4 with v5.054 FW. Located in San Francisco, CA. I had to manually retype the IP address, subnet, gateway, and dns and then just confirm. Most app is working. HKTV have a popup saying something about region so I'm guess it's blocking US IP. Some of the VOD for TVB is really slow. Live and the pre recorded stuff is running fine. I think I might just go with the vpn route.
Is there a new app to play TVB dramas? The old one, I think it was blue with like an oval or something is not there I tried to find it but it doesnt work. Btw the search function to add an app doesn't work for me either, there seems to only be a handful of apps for some reason. My parents deleted all the apps and it was never backed up so I don't know which app they had, I can't even find the HKTV app anymore
This is something I'm going to be testing is that I put the moonbox tv garden app onto the tvpad, but I'm a student and its late you guys can try to play with it.

I just check the TVpad store, I see the HKTV app there.

i have the pad4/5.054 never restored or updated, could u pls show me how to SIDE LOAD the VChannel ? i m not good with electronic, if its simple to do, i want to try do it myself. thank you!

My tvpad 4 is working again!!! I installed the yuetv app to test and it was complaining about a region restriction so I disabled my vpn. This is very wierd..... I am in NYC area
I have a tvpad, M121S, tvpad version is 3.26, model M121S_3311_G10S2, I tried inputting the different DNS, but when i click to apply i have a error message that says "Failed to Set Cable Network" anybody know what I'm doing wrong? thanks
49.213.10.163 is not working in Las Vegas. Network test normal all the way to the server. There is a red cross on the man figure. Received "user restricted" message when try to reach TVPad Store. Any suggestions!!??

If it is a tvp4
Disconnect ethernet cable, pull power cord to restart tvpad4 to app desktop go into app store stay there.
Reconnect ethernet cable wait in the app store to fill in the icons (might take a minute or longer, you can hop around the store menu that seems to make it load the icons faster) then run apps in side store.
TVPAD fans, please help...my mother is driving me crazy without the TVPAD show for her to watch.
My TVpad I believed is version 2. M121S, tvpad version is 3.26, model M121S_3311_G10S2. I have tried the 146.0.227.36 and 49.213.10.163. I have tried unplug all cables and reinsert, restart........and my "figure" is still not turning green (active). I was told my TVpad has to upgrade to the latest 3.93 version, is that true...? Any way I can find out how to upgrade my TVPAD...? I don't think my TVpad had ever need any update after 3.26.
Is there anything that I was missing..? So far, the figure is still not active (grey in color), Network testing and everything are PASSING without error but it keep saying "Account not there" = "?????"
My tvpad4 isn't working on October, I had reset the box, lost all my apps, my TVpad store is empty. It always showing error on server. It looks like my tvpad 4 have no trouble in DNS but the server. Can someone give me some advise on how to fix it?
