What brand and model number of 2nd Router did you use?

Tvpad 3 (M538) still down in Canada (Waterloo, ON). IP address, subnet mask, Gateway, DNS all normal; server is abnormal (code error 1) - user does not exist. Tried changing DNS, but does not work. It shows abnormal for DNS every time I attempt to change DNS manually. I have turned the Tvpad off and restarted with different DNS, but no luck. Now streaming with the vChannel app. Any ideas? Or just wait...Friends in other Canadian cities report changing DNS works and others did not do anything and the Tvpad was working today. Any other advice while I wait? Thanks!
Anyone in USA able to update the latest firmware 5.06 on TVPAD4 and get it working? I read some user say if your updated to the latest firmware 5.06 you will got restricted User and can someone confirm is it safe to upgrade to 5.06 from USA without getting restricted user??
I'm in California and we have a tvpad2. I've entered all the info manually in the LAN settings and tried all the DNS #'s you've provided. Nothing is working. When I run the test our network settings are fine except for the Server gives me an abnormal -1 code. Any other ideas?

Did you disconnect power cord to restart
tvpad. If not try that with each DNS .
Everyone is talking about viewing but are you viewing Hong Kong, Cantonese, video on demand? The lawsuit GOOD STUFF!! I'm not getting the GOOD STUFF, is anyone getting it?

Me too! All of a sudden the Green Man of my TVPAD1, DNS 49.213.10.163, came back today. I'm in Montreal, Quebec.
My TVpad 2 is back on again after just changing the DNS #.
I tried to change the DNS numbers based on the original posted but they do not work for the West Coast in U.S.
I changed it to 49.213.10.16 three. It works!
