You need to update the App. You are using the old App which probably doesn't work anymore

There's no firmware update here in NYC, v5.054 still the latest firmware. which DNS you use that it inform you to update?
If it isn't broken, then don't fix it. I personally wouldn't update it if everything is working.

First of all you didnot show up what is the firmware in your Pad 2 If you still use the early one then you will get the Green man issue so every body must need post more info about your Pad :S
The reason i asked it is because the box pop up while i was watching almost every half an hour, it is kind of annoying, i have to unplug it every time in order to get rid of box
The box pop up every half an hour while i was watching , it is so annoying. I have to unplug everytime. I am worries, i cannot watch if i update it. anyone got the same experience??

If it's coming from tvpad. I dont see why not.
