I have the same exact problem as you! PureVPN (PPTP), TP-LINK, TVPad 3, 49.213.10.163, and worked fine for about a week. I've tried a few other DNS today and I've tried a few different countries via PureVPN too. No luck. Anyone have any ideas?
I had a similar situation today as well. I set up VPN last night with Private Internet Access and linked to a Singapore site everything was working fine on my TVpad 4 and almost everything on my TVpad 3 except for Korean VOD. This morning nothing was working when I got home from work I changed the DNS in the VPN router to a different Singapore server and everything is back to the same as last night.
Now I am just trying to figure out how to get the Korean VOD on the TVpad 3 perhaps I will try some other locations besides Singapore like Mexico or Romania as I believe they have no restrictions there.
I can't figure out a way to attach or cut & paste the photos into this message.

Solved my own problem...switching the server from Singapore to an Eastern European location did the trick. I guess Korean VOD is being blocked from Singapore.

If I setup a Router2 at home & it works everything fine for my legend Tvpad. Can I just take this Router 2 to my friend house & their legend TVPAD will work either?

Thank you! I have it connected to VPN router to HK server with 49X DNS. Also, tried many other DNS numbers with no luck on green man either. The only use I can make out of TVP1 is to installed a TMP player hoping it can use to play files from USB hard drive. Look like this device is going to be a useless brick!

Which eastern european location did you use?
Unable to see anything in the USA..
