Hi there,

I live in U.K, using TVpad 3.

Can not upgrade in the last couple weeks. I try all the DNS server what you upload:

192.231.210.236
146.0.227.36
23.234.51.175
110.34.169.179
49.213.10.163
183.57.43.70

But none of them are working, I also restored factory settings, all of the apps still there, but when I run them, it says download failure. so i am not able to watch anything. Can anyone give me some advice...

Has there been any update on this? I got my TvPad 4 working with the 49.dns but the TvPad 1 and 3 don't. Any thoughts are welcomed.

I'm in SF, CA with two non working TVPad4 V5.054. I just got my TVPads last August, it stopped working in Nov then I used DNS posted on one of those forums and it worked until 2 days ago.. TVPad still sells those boxes by knowing the fact that those are no longer working, they just ripoff people for money and leave them hanging. My grandma gets super grumpy when she doesn't get to watch TVB, I'm sick of seeing her mean face. If anyone had a working DNS or suggestions and get my grandma out of my back, it would be greatly appreciated!

@lee2001 TVPad 4 is still working. If you are using it to watch chinese stuff then just download yuetv

@padman, I changed DNS to auto setting, downloaded the vChannel, added different channels but it seems dead too

@lee2001 vchannel is not related to tvpad. vchannel is down.

You need to use yuetv
