    Please check what is the frimware in your Pad 3 If you got 4.08 then you need update it to 4.18

    if I cannot reach server, how can i update the tvpad 3? anywhere where i can download it?

    @LiTOCA

    If you are in US, that AUTO method won't work. The TVPad will only function with either changing the DNS or going through the VPN.

    I live in Virginia and I have TV pad 2 without VPN setup.
    DNS 202.64.194.43 works for me for Korean KKS.

    Hi Padman,

    Thank you for your quick reply!

    I'm in San Francisco. Auto DNS does work on TVpad 4, but nothing work on TVpad 1 m121s. The green man icon is grey out and everything I tried returns an error message saying that "User account does not exist". However you posted that "It works without changing DNS for my m121s". Would you mind telling us where you're located and giving us guidelines to make our m121s work as your does?

    Did you check your frimware yet?
    Please read more you will find out the ver.4.18 frimware in this forum but in Tvpad 2,3 section download it to flash drive.and do the side load to update your Pad

    Start from this page (Pg 46) and go backwards (45, 44, 43)..you will find a working DNS or where to get one.

    Please help me understand why these DNS works with TV live stream, but not those VOD apps and NiJi Show (Japan TV stream)?
    Does this mean those DNS cannot resolve IP correctly for VOD and NiJi Show apps?

    NiJi Show apps are dead now but what is name of "VOD" you talk about is it ?????

    I notice sometimes you need to use the update app in order to watch VOD.
    For example, ???? 1.27 on Tvpad2 &3 can watch, if you have the 1.25, it won't work.

    I have a TVPAD 4 V5.054. I connect using Wi-Fi, but network test says Server Error. What can I do?
