The whole app is Chinese Language. You will find it difficult I guess. If you have a smart phone, you can use google translate app. It allow you to take picture with your phone camera and translate from the picture.
You don't have to register. Just click download (blue button). I am in NY and it can watch TVB drama.
My Chinese not great but looks like you have to register before you can download the app? Is this app region restricted, like only works in Asia?

pinguo tv is working again, i dont know why it was frozen and then now it works. I am using m8s pro (mecool) by the way. But funny thing is, the pinguo app auto start whenever i power on the box. Strange, but nevermind lah.
And then thanks tylerlee, that app works. But is a bit slow, maybe to me i dont know. the picutre is not as good as a result, even if i let it buffer for a while.
