    I use this app to backup. It's pretty straight forward. Just install, select the apps and click backup.

    I did what you said but the path of backup ended up within the iPad itself, not to the ext usb drive, so i how do i do it right?

    After you back up the apps . Use Es File Explorer copy the apps file from the backup folder then sideload install to other Pad 4. B)

    Yes the back up folder should inside of your device you have need a file explorer to find the back up file.......

    Install the 1Mobile app store in your TVPad and you should be able to search and download most Android apps there. Just search 1Mobile apk from your PC and install it to your TVPad via a USB.
