If you got ver.3.26 that is the latest one for Pad 1 nothing you can do now except you using VPN or join the family here http://tvpadtalk.com/1/2643/_subject_ this is the best way now
well not sure about the secret key, as far as I know router doesn't have section for the secret key, you would have to test it as I'm not sure how vpn unlimited is supposed to work.
as far as router 2, you don't need router 2 connected to router 1, just plug in one of LAN nic port to your PC and browse to 192.168.0.254 or 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 or http://tplinklogin.net depends on what your router is set as to use as gateway. for some reason if you can't acccess it than press the reset button for 5 sec to clear the setting to try again
when setting up L2TP connection in router, you'll need the URL to use to connect to vpn, than user ID and password.
I want to thank this Forum, especially Padman,ggone76 and fishyseahorse53!
Today, I finally made my parents TV PAD 3 work with 2nd router and VPN unlimited.
Ive struggling so much during the last 2 weeks, changing DNS #s hundreds of times.
I really didnt think I would use the VPN method at all, with my limited knowledge on computer.
Now, with this hard works and time, I hope that TVPAD does not stop their services.
Again, thank you so much everyone who shared their experiences and solutions.
We live in San Diego County, We tried DNS 123.127.108.135 it does not work ! We will appreciate to have full set up numbers
on Lan settings to make our TV Pad 3 work again ( IP Address,Subnet Mask, Gate Way, and DNS ). Thanks.

it does seem this site shows how to connect http://tvpadnews.com/2015/12/02/setting-up-vpn-unlimited-connection-for-tvpad-1-tvpad-2-tvpad-3-tvpad-4/ although instruction he is using hongkong server but use the Canada ontraio server should be faster, any server should work as long as it's out side of united states
