The think the reason for the tvpad1 to continue working is because the tvpad1 already authenticate (have green man).
If you were to power cycle it, it will lose the green man and will have to contact the authentication server to get the green man back but failed.
So don't power off if you already have green man!!!

To echo BenA's question: The 516 Taiwanese TV channel app (516????) is not working no matter which DNS is set. The app store does not load either. However only the movie channels and BETVII work. Does anyone have a solution for this? Thanks!

I was using 49 at first, it was a bust. Changed to 123 today and it was good. I'm guessing yes?
Ok dns was changed it 123. Tested all normal but man is still grey. Do I need to power reset my tv pad 2? Do you know if this dns works on korean apps?

Just test 123.202.230.142 dns on tvpad3. network test shown abnormal on all 4 test lines. However, HOT drama (Orange arrow with the word HOT inside it), and "HK time shift" working. You have to wait for about 2-3 minutes after pressong OK and suddenly it start working.
Remember, DON'T turn off power to tvpad, otherwise it may stop working.

Try unplugging for 15 sec then enter 123 dns.
