BlueTV screen frozen

I’m not able to move up and down on the screen using the remote. The only thing working with the remote is the volume buttons going up and down. I even tried to use a different remote, same thing. Any solution? Or should I say bye to the box?

    Have you try factory reset the box? Just plug in a usb keyboard and use (up,down,left,right and enter)

    So the box is completely dead. My parents cannot live without their daily Chinese programming. They bought another one! Lol

    If you have a MicroSD card remove it. That worked for me. This happens when the Card is corrupted.
