TV PAD ON VPN

Morning All.
I am currently on VPN using TVPAD 4. The last two days, i cannot use any of the apps like i normally can. I test the network and its fine except for DNS and server.
Usually when i power up the time on the right hand side is accurate but the last two days it has not been and i dont get the icons on the far right side of the screen.
Is there a current outage? and if anyone is on a vpn, do you mind sharing which IP your are using? I think im configured to the one in HK.
