港粵& Yue both not working anymore today, I'm wondering if anyone subscribed China tv app on tvpad 4? Wondering if China tv has Hong Kong live & drama? If China tv. Cost $10 per month? Thanks a lot for advise! So boring without Yue and 港粵。
TVChina have the same contents as 港粵網路電視 so there is HK live TV and drama as I'm using their 7 day trial at the moment.
I got a newbie question, anyone tried using tthe same account and app on other android STB or other devices such as a tablet or their mobile phone? Is Amazon Fire TV supported? Kodi can go into there.
You can use it on another device but you can only watch 1 device at a time. Don't know about the Amazon fire TV but u can try. TVChina is not addons plugins but you can run the app on KODI.
tvchina loads on amazon hd8 tablet and ask for the sign in, i didn't want to waste time to sign up for free trial. my guess is that it should work on the fire tv too.
@grimmie, I downloaded the apk for version 5.01 from this discussion forum as well and after launching, it exits like you said earlier. How did you get it to work? I have the code from TV china, but can't open the app. Thanks in advance!
I just chatted with the chinaTV people and they are super fast (but chat is in chinese). I had the older version which doesn't prompt an update. The one above in this forum is for 5.01 which doesn't prompt you for the code and password. This one works, in case some of you need the link.
