TVPad4 remote control not working after accidently deleted Banana Input

Hello, I kept running into insufficient storage issues with TVPad4, so when it prompts me to settings I tried to delete some apps that I'm not familiar with. I totally forgot about the BananaTV, and I chose "force to stop" the "BananaTV 输入法“. Now my TVPad4 remote control can only turn on & off the machine, adjust volume, can not select any app, can not get into any app either. I tried to use USB drive and plug in the banana batch installation, but remote control did not response, so I kept seeing ” 批量安装“ or ”批量卸载“, but I can't select either one. Does anyone else have similar situation? Can this be fixed? Thanks VERY MUCH！

    Check the batteries see if it's contacted or change it and plug in your mouse instead.
