Reset button on ubox 2 query

Does anyone know how to use the Reset button on the back of the Gen 2 box?

If I hold the Reset button in for say 20 seconds and apply power to the box, nothing seems to happen. TV screen (HDMI) stays black. Red light on ubox does not light up. Eventually, I have to turn ubox power off and on for it to boot up normally.

I was hoping it might bring up a Recovery menu of some description.

    Just do the restored to factory setting on SETTINGS, no need to use the reset hole on the box.
