Cantonese replay app wrong/bad content

Recently, I notice this couples day some channel are not showing anything or wrong content. Such as the opera channel. Anyone know what is going on? Or where should I get help?

    Which app are you referring to specifically?

    I'm guessing you mean the CantonesePlayback ?

    Yes, did you notice? Or anyone else? I just contact them no response yet.

    Yep, I checked last night and it seems the channels are mixed up.

    Which email did you send it to ?

    [email protected] are recording the wrong channel and not just mixed between them.

    Not just the wrong channels. I have also noticed recently that A LOT of the shows in the cantonese playback app having skipping issues. Usually it skipped forward for couple of minutes and it can happen quite often in the same playback so it makes it pretty much unwatchable. In other cases, the entire show is like on fast forward mode, no audio, but the video is going forward at like two or three times the normal speed. Any of you have the same problem?

    I'm not hopeful they would respond to emails. So you would just have to wait it out to see if they would fix it.
