I am in Toronto. Streaming in 港粵網路電視，BTV Plus，寶島電視都出現錯誤碼-3，有時候可以進入但全程都不暢順，I check everything on the network. Everything is normal. Is that anything happen since Yesterday. It happened since Yesterday till now . Please help.
