    Yes, I got a red cross above the user sign on the top of right corner.
    Can any help?
    Do a complete restore and then reinstall the apps.

    Ok try to do this
    1.made sure no network connection (Ethernet or WiFi)
    2.reboot your Pad 4 (unplug the power)
    3.change the network to auto setting
    4.Reconnect your (Ethernet or WiFi) and reboot your Pad 4
    5 .And tell us what is the result.....................
    I try
    after 4. reconnect (Ethernet) two sec a red cross come back
    Still no use

    If you are in UK then your MAC is in blacklist


  • TVpad4 in blacklist
    Can anyway to stop MAC sign in after Ethernet connected,
    may be it can make some apps work?
