Tvpad4 not working *restricted*

hi im new here and im wondering if anyone know how to fix this problem, my tvpad4 stop working about 1hr ago , the user icon is X'ed out and everything i press(besides setting) a message pops up saying " Tvpad is restricted. For more information, please contact the seller ". If there's a solution please help , thank you
