ED2 - Product out of date

Hi.
My new HTV3 box is not working, all apps shows an error code.
ED2- The product is out of date.
Anyone else having the same issue?

    There's no way to correct this. This error means the license on the product has expired. You would need to contact the seller. The company won't do anything. Don't do any resets.

    I bought it on Htv-box.com.
    Bought the first one in April, and it's working fine. Bought the second one for my mom, received it last week and this is not working.

    You need to contact your seller than if you are still getting the error.
