my ubox is not loading, no main menu, no homepage

Hello. My UBOX will not load the main menu. Since yesterday when they try to turn on my UBOX, after initial logo showed, the screen will turn blue and black screen repeatedly splashing. I can't even reach to the main menu. any help?

One last thing you can try before sending it back for service will be to wipe and restore to factory.

I'm having the exact same issue with my Ubox s900 pro. Were you able to fix your Ubox? If so, how?

You should try to contact support via Whatsapp +85267643560.
Then they'll send you factory firmware image for S900Pro.
(I'm sorry I have already deleted firmware file that I received.)
In my case, they could'nt understand English well.
So I had to taken a movie and picture, sent them via Whatsapp.
