no internet connection

Hi all,

Box 2 was working this morning before I left home but now it cannot connect onto the internet using either ethernet cable or wifi. My internet is working fine.

Do I need to do a factory reset or something?

Please help!!!

    Do you mean the app doesn't work or there is no network on your box at all ?
  • No network. But its fine I figured what was causing the problem.
    It was caused by incorrect time set on the uBox.

    I got same problem, even though it's connected in settings. The connection icon in menu still has a X over it.
