How to move apps to SD Card or USB ?

I'm running out of room on my tvpad4 with the best part of 6 pages of apps

is there any way I can move the apps to the sd card/usb so they can run off of that and free up the internal memory ??

    Do you use all the apps ? You can always remove some useless apps to make space
