TVPad4 tech support?

I bought my tvpad4 from mtvpad.com, but now that site is no longer working. Basically my tvpad4 is no longer booting up and is stuck at logo. No modifications were done on this unit. I'm trying to see if anyone knows their tech support contact list or is there a method of getting this warrantied.

    They have changed domain name to mtvpad.cn however live chat has been offline for the past few weeks so best to email or ring them.

    @DJ XtAzY hey have you found a way to fix your issue? I have the same problem here couldn't boot the player and stuck at the logo page.
