How to fast turn on (or power to sleep) HTV3 box?

It seems if I press the power button on the remote, it will shut down the HTV3 box instead of put it into sleep? the next time turn out seems taking very long time to boot the box up? Is there anyway to power to sleep instead of shut down the whole box?

I don't think there's a sleep option. How long does it take to launch? Mine don't take more than a minute to launch the menu. If you're talking about the apps. Those are a different story.
