Anybody use Vchannel on TVPAD4

I use the 1.2 for months. It works good to watch TVB vod. But suddenly it doesn't wok anymore. Somebody told me there is 1.3 coming out. I uninstall the 1.2 to install the 1.3 but it still doesn't work. I'm in US, California. Thank you!
