IP Banned from Paid DNS?

Hi,

I recently went with the Paid DNS and all was going well until I got banned on the website. I cannot log in or do anything and am being told my IP is banned. I think it may be due to unintentionally making multiple accounts to show family members and friends how to set it up. Maybe they thought I was trying to do some weird stuff. I can't login to do anything at all. Need some help!

    Contact the paid dns service and ask why :)

    Yeah I sent them an email twice already and no response. Don't know how long its gonna take :/

    I just went on the site and clicked on the live chat feature, which led me to an email form which I filled out. Didn't receive anything. That is the only thing that works on the site. If I try to go to anywhere else on the site it just keeps telling me my IP is banned.

    If you submitted the live chat form, you should get a ticket. Check your spam ?
