Consumer Suing TVPAD

Hi All,

I guess we consumers can take class action against them, based on the following:

1) TVPAD advertised it will provide Life Support, which they do not now due legacy tvpad incompatible with their new servers.

2) TVPAD claimed to be legal which is not as we all know now.

Whoever resides in the US, could you please contact legal firms to enquire how we could sue TVPAD.

US are good in these compared to down under.

If successful, TVPAD will need to compensate us because of the clauses it may when selling its product.

Someone maybe could pdf these as evidence from their/reseller online store.

The question is why would they need to?

When they are not paying 65 million

Goto the website and click company info:

QANDIES LIMITED Address:Third Floor, 207 Regent Street, London, UK.

In a legal term, this is a new company.

Suing couple of guys running the business in an apartment is not a good idea. Beside, most of us don't even have an receipt. Also, all of our identities will be in the open. Our names, and address will be revealed in court. God know if the Korean will sue us instead because they couldn't get any money from TVpad.
