Consumer Suing TVPAD

Hi All,
I guess we consumers can take class action against them, based on the following:
1) TVPAD advertised it will provide Life Support, which they do not now due legacy tvpad incompatible with their new servers.
2) TVPAD claimed to be legal which is not as we all know now.
Whoever resides in the US, could you please contact legal firms to enquire how we could sue TVPAD.
US are good in these compared to down under.
