TVPad4 / VPN / WIRED / DNS

Hello All,

I'm currently using PIA VPN(UK-LONDON Server) for my TVPad4 with the following configuration. Everything works great up until two days ago that ????, ????, HOT ?? are no longer working. Any one else having the same issue?

PIA Server: UK-London
DNS: 49.213.10.163

    Yes, currently using VPN Unlimited for my TVP4, having problem on VOD and Drama apps. They are talking about TVP1- TVP3 owners need to upgrade to TVP4. I think this is a scam!! I do not trust TVPad will not contribute to their company's profit margin. I hope Padman can provide guidance to a new device (UB box) and start a Group Buy for this community.

    same problem here in USA. live channels works but no more VOD.

    Try 49X DNS instead of auto, also, make sure the TVP4 manual page of the IP/Gateway addresses corresponds to the 2nd VPN router and NOT the 1st router addresses. After I changed this, everything works (live, DOV, Drama), even the TVPad store light up after this change.

    Even paid DNS doesn't work for the older TVpads at the moment.

    Yes, USA with VPN router connected to HK VPN Unlimited server.

    Yes, purchased the VPN Unlimited service then config the router to their HK server.
