Server error

I have tvpad4 M418. It was working perfectly since I bought it three months ago. Yesterday, I can only watch the Live on the ???????other shows are not working as well as some other apps.It appeared to have the server error code 1when I did the test. Please advise how to fix it. The firmware is v 5.054. When I went to the upgrade page to have ????it appeared ????, The wifi connection has hooked up normally.
Should I need to upgrade the firmware manually. I am in Toronto Canada.

    I have exactly the same problem. I could only watch the live Korean channels so I restored to manufacturer's setting. Since then tvpad4 is dead. I cannot even download any application. I get the server error code 1.

    I suggest you restore the TVPad, then install the 23 app bundle as noted here:
    http://tvpadtalk.ca/3/25/3352/re__tvpad_4__m418__useful_files__firmware___apps_#msg-3352

    Then install the YueTV app and the 36TV app (1st post). - these 2 apps works in North America with network setting set to <auto>

    You will have 90% of content covered.
