unable to install the apps manually

I have downloaded a bunch of apps from the appnnn.com accompany with the batchinstall.banana. After plugin the USB flash, it did detect the device , but no batch installation screen appeared. Then I tried to use the Jailbreak tool instead of the batchinstll.banana, it still didn't work.
At the time I bought the Tvpad 4 about 2 months ago, I could installed the apps manually.
Please advise

    You dont download from n+ store if you have tvp4

    Your question is very confuse
    1.You didn't say what version of TVP are working for .if you download the apps form appnnn.com (all file are PKG,cannot use batchinstll.banana got to use Jailbreak tool instead but only good for TVP 2,3 (Linux OS)
    2.TVP4 are running APK file(Android OS)X(
