Server error codes

Even though all my T4 apps are working (live, VOD, movies etc), when checking network settings the sever always return error codes (mainly -1 or -4). I tried asking TVPad on chat what the codes mean but all they did was ask me to change the DNS. Does anyone know what the codes mean?

    Are you in US? What DNS setting are you using now?

    If you are in US, can you try loading the YueTV app
    http://tvpadtalk.com/3/159/page=2/_subject_
    and changed network or WiFi setting back to auto
    and see if that app works?

    As long you can watch everything why you need to care about network error codesX(
