TVPAD3 DNS problem

I have the Tv Pad 3 and it was working great until few days ago.
I live in Virginia and it stopped working about two days ago.
it seemed like the DNS doesn't work/match.
how to resolve this..?

    People is using paid VPN with 2nd router or paid DNS. You can view lot of information on this forum.
