Tvpad 3 I cant download any app from N+ store

Greeting everyone

first time user here. I've already setup my two routers along with VPN service so I am ready to go.

but I am having a bit of trouble to downloads any app from N+ store, does anyone has the same problems?

    If you plug in a computer into your vpn router, are you able to access the n+ website ?

    yes Padman, I can access the N+ store without any problem, I can browse all it's downloadable App. but the N+ store doesn't download my chosen App for some reason. it shows zero percent of downloading progress even after I waited for 15 minutes.

    I can watch most of channels without problem, but I will need to re-install the 516 Taiwanese program App because I accidently deleted it few days ago, I don't know if there is any other way to acquire the App again.

    I think the 516 app is down.

    well it sucks, but do you know why the N+ store wasnt downloading my chosen App?

    I am currently use TV pad 3

    BTW, is there anyway you can upload the 516 App file so I can download it then install it by using the flash drive? I
