I got problem with "????“?

Hi, I am getting problem watching movies in "????", it plays normally couple minutes and then it just freeze and becomes very slow, it seems the network is very slow. But if I hit fast forward to skip this section, it is back to normal for couple minutes, but the problems come back again.

I am in Toronto area. I am using TVPAD3, model M358. my tvpad was working good before, but couple months ago I started getting this problems. If anybody can help me with this.

    That seems to be an issue with your ISP's routing.

    What movies are in that app ? Chinese or english ?

    There are different types of movies in the app, Chinese, English, Korean, Japanese.
    Can you tell me what is isp's routing?
