installing apps from USB drive

Hi, I am new here and I need help installing apps to my first gen tvpad. Can someone teach me the steps and the apps i need in order to install the apps I want to use? I found some apps in the website appnnn.com but I have no idea how to install them... I would really appreciate it, Thanks!!!

    Put them on a usb and plug it into the tvpad

    You may have to use a micro sdcard if I remember correctly

    I put them in a micro sd and nothing shows up... Please help!
