Plex on TvPad 4

So I tried to get Plex Premium v4.15.0.464 and Plex 4.4.0.369 apk's to work on TvPad4.
Neither one will work, it doesn't seem to allow network connections.
Anyone have any idea on how to get Plex to work on TvPad 4? It appears TvPad 4 is running KitKat 4.4.2
