Hi Everyone,
I'm having problems with my Parent's Tvpad 3. It doesn't allow me to upgrade or fix the DNS
like everyone else is experiencing. We can not download the App manager at all. We keep getting the message loading failed.
Currently the DNS is 192-168-1.1 running on version V1.27.
This is all completely new to me.
Can anyone advise or help me please?

    I'm from Chicago,Il... I just changed the DNS for my TVpad3 and it works.

    Thank you Aristo. I'm from Australia, so will try that DNS coding to see if that would work.
