TVPad4 Apps

I had to restore TVP4 to factory to get the VPN Unlimited client to work. However, lost the original below apps and unable to connect to TVPad store to download. Just wonder if anyone has these APKs can send over? Thank you in advance!!

VPN Unlimited client is giving me heartburn. Restore to factory will connect the VPN but creates other network problems.

Thank you, Padman. Both Pack 1 and 2 apps can be use with TVPad4 older 5.04 FW. Pack 1 contained the original apps come with my TVP4 device. I'm happy and grateful for all your help!! It would be helpful that the apps has better labels, most of the apps in Pack 1 and 2 are scrambled with un-readable words.
