Tv pad stop working

Hi guys and girls newbie 1st post
Im trying to help my mum here she hasca tv pad 3 to watch her Chinese channels but few weeks ago the device has stop streaming programmes
Ive done a little research on this site seems like the dns have changed ive tried a whole bunch but it still coming up with abnormal server message
Ive added pics on my settings please can someone advise what is wrong and how to fix it
